You can access and complete the postal survey in the following ways:

(1) To complete the anonymous survey by post, you can download and print the survey. You can either return it by e-mail to info@visiblelives.ie or mail it free of charge to License DN6047, Agnes Higgins, Trinity College Dublin, 24 D’Olier Street, Dublin 2
Please be sure to include the license number.

(2) We can send you the printed version of the survey in the post. You can then return it back to us by FREEPOST.
